Fluffy Pancakes

Making pancakes are easy, but to make the fluffiest pancakes is challenging. No baking powder is needed for this recipe, since the whole fluffy structure is supported only by egg white. Flour, sugar and oil for the rest ingredients. Replaced half flour with corn flour to enhance the taste. Thanks for watching!
