【冻柠檬茶/ 冰红茶 】 柠檬腌制一下会更好喝
有没有觉得在外面买来的冰红茶 / 冰柠檬茶/ iced tea 酸酸甜甜的特别好喝。可是自己在家里做的柠檬茶却是酸涩的味道。冰红茶做法的秘密就是腌制。一般大家在家里直接把柠檬切开就泡茶水了,其实呢,把柠檬片用糖腌制一下,酸涩的味道就没有那么强烈了。而且还很方便呢!不用每次做柠檬茶的时候都要切柠檬。喜欢喝热柠檬茶的,无需加冰就好。味道同样好!这个冰柠檬茶是我家BBQ的“指定”饮品,已经被无数人讨了配方去。我想拍个视频给大家看看我是怎么制作柠檬茶的,应该更直观一些。
配方:
柠檬4个
白糖适量
红茶包一个
做法:
1. 柠檬泡水后洗净,切片
2. 一层柠檬片,一层糖腌制1-2天,然后放入冰箱保存
3. 泡一杯红茶,放入腌制的柠檬汁,柠檬片和冰块。
ingredients:

sugar 1/2 cup -1 cup
red tea bag
step:
1. wash clean lemons, and slice
2. put one layer of lemon slices in a bowl, add one layer of sugar. repeat till all the lemon is under the sugar
3. leave it in room temperature for 1-2 days, then move it into refrigerator to store
4. make a cup a red tea, add lemon juice and lemon slices from the bowl, and ice.
