落雨聲為台灣歌壇天后江蕙於1999年原唱的一首台語流行音樂，收錄於《半醉半清醒》專輯中。本曲由周杰倫作曲、方文山作詞，同時亦為兩人發跡前賣出的第一首知名作品。還作為《白鷺鷥的願望》之插曲。
這首也是江蕙非常代表的演唱作品之一，網路上也可以看到很多不同樂器演奏的版本，這次再次使用純鋼琴跟大提琴演奏這首經典懷舊老歌江蕙 《落雨聲》，希望大家會喜歡。

《The Sound of Falling Rain》composed by the famous Taiwanese pop singer Jay Chou(周杰倫) in 1999 before he became famous. The original singer was Jody Chiang (江蕙) the Queen of Taiwanese pop songs, also one of the representatives of her works. In addition to Taiwan, 《The Sound of Falling Rain》is a well-known pop song in Singapore, Malaysia, and other places where Hoklo people live at.

It is a sorrowful tune that describes a person who recalls his dead mother when he listens to the sound of falling rain. The lyric writer Vincent Fang (方文山) represents that he is proud of this work, it’s the recollection of his mother’s life.

The English translation of the lyrics is as follows：

"The sound of falling rain is like a song
Who knows, I look back and dare not listen
I'm in a foreign land, and I feel chills by myself
The lonely rain beats my heart
Lonely like a bird with broken wings
Can't fly away, is it my destiny
The mountains of my hometown will always stand there

There are many covers of this song with different instruments on the Internet, but a cello solo is rare. I adapted this song with piano accompaniment, and through a simple ensemble, I interpreted the deep memories of those who lost their mothers to their mothers.
