距离美国可能发生灾难性违约不到2个星期的时间，美国政府和国会领袖就提高债务上限的谈判一度暂停后，昨天恢复谈判，但最终还是在没有取得任何进展的情况下结束，双方也没有敲定下一轮的谈判时间。目前还在日本参加G7峰会的美国总统拜登，据说他将缩短行程提早返回美国，赶在期限前，试图促成债务协议。
