蜜枣紫米粽 Rice Dumplings
又到了一年一度的粽子季节,今年我们来做紫米粽。紫米粽子样子有一点特别,上面紫色,下面白色,双色的粽子。它的味道绝对不会输给它的色相。食谱中用到了很多蜜枣。蜜枣经过长时间小火慢煮之后,完全融化,甜甜蜜蜜的味道被糯米和其它的食材吸收。粽子吃到嘴里绝对是香~甜~软~糯!
紫米粽食谱:
可以做34个小粽子
紫糯米/黑糯米: 150克
糯米:750克
绿豆:40克
花生:100克
桂圆肉:100克
蜜枣:300克
粽叶和棉线
小火微开煮3小时
Purple rice dumpling recipe:
For making 34 small rice dumplings
Purple / black glutinous rice: 150 g
Glutinous rice: 750 g
Mung bean: 40 g
Peeled peanut: 100 g
Dried longan pulp: 100 g
Candied dates: 300 g
Ricing dumpling leaves and cotton thread
Sub simmer for 3 hours
