绣球面包 / Challah Bread。 你可以用任何面团来编辫子做面包,你的面包你做主嘛。我今天用了传统犹太辫子面包的面团,编了一个中式的绣球。中式绣球面包的样子好看,而且编法非常简单。传统面团,水分少,但是含有较多的油脂,糖和一些鸡蛋,味道是很好吃的。
绣球面包配方:
水:115克
酵母:8克,2 小勺
鸡蛋:1个
蛋黄:1个
糖:29克,2大勺+1.5 小勺
盐:6克,3/4 小勺
油:27克,2大勺+1 小勺
高筋面粉或者中筋面粉:360克
蛋液:
蛋黄:1个
水:15克,1 大勺
预热好的烤箱375°F/190°C ,烤25-30分钟.

For make one challah bread
Room temperature water: 115 g
Yeast:8 g, 2 teaspoons
Egg: 1
Egg yolk: 1
Sugar: 29 g, 2 tablespoons + 1.5 teaspoons
Salt: 6 g, 3/4 teaspoon
Oil: 27 g, 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
Bread flour or all purpose flour: 360 g
Egg wash:
Egg yolk: 1
Water: 15 g, 1 tablespoon
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375°F/190°C for 25-30 minutes.
